I am a PhD candidate at the University of Connecticut. My research interests include textual transmission and reception, women writers and the marketing of them, celebrity, the history of the book in America, and nineteenth-century American literature and culture.

I am working on a digital project (currently in search of a snappy name) that will allow users to track the changing paratext of a text over time.
