It is possible to take a bus from Boston, New York City or Providence. Megabus is one company that offers limited service to Storrs with more service to Hartford. Peter Pan Bus Lines also offers limited services from Hartford to Boston or New York City.
The city of Storrs and Willimantic also have a bus that runs from just past the junction of routes 44 and 195, north of UConn, to Willimantic. The bus has several stops on campus along route 195. For more information, visit the Storrs/Willimantic Bus Route for more information.
