I just earned my Master of Library Science from Southern Connecticut State University in the Special Libraries career track. As a graduate student, I completed library-related internships with the U.S. Department of State and Old Sturbridge Village. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Lawrence University in Multi-Languages (French, Spanish, German). I minored in European Studies. Also, I volunteer as a Certified Master Gardener.

As for my professional interests, I would like to work in a special library or with a special collection. Additionally, I am interested in working with the U.S. Department of State again or with a college that has a strong international or world language component. I have worked at museums in the past and would be open to working in a museum library. My special project for my MLS was titled "A Description and Comparison of Museum Pass Lending Programs in New England." My European Studies capstone paper was titled "The Preservation of Regional Languages in Spain and France."

My favorite computer / arcade game is "Ms. Packman." I also enjoy "The SIMS," but have a long way to go before I master the game.
